To provide prompt, professional residential real estate appraisals in St. Louis and surrounding

areas including St. Louis city and County, St. Charles County and parts of Jefferson County.

Technology in the industry and continually expanding knowledge of the appraisal

industry through continuing education courses. Past experience as a mortgage

loan officer and a real estate salesperson has enabled me to understand the different

processes and challenges in those areas of real estate. AMH offers online status

reports, ordering, email and web messaging.
